EOH: Demi Lovato

This weeks Eyes On Her is Demi Lovato. She has been known as a warrior for overcoming her eating disorder and showing girls that skinny isn't always pretty. Demi has also been a judge on the XFactor and is continuing for another season!
This past Saturday, Demi's biological father passed away. She was known to be not super close to her father, but I can't imagine how hard it must be for her and her sister, Dallas. Love goes out to Demi and her family at this tragic time. Much love <3

The Best Waterproof Makeup

Summer is here, and that means hot HOT days! A lot of us like to jump in the pool on these brutal days, but others just have to push through the day, and that includes sweating. No one needs mascara down their face and blotchy foundation, right?! Here are some products that will last even the hardest days.
Xoxo, Sadie Lee

Foundation

Here's a cover-up that boasts a 15-hour wear, without feeling heavy or sticky. The formula is oil and fragrance-free and comes in 30 shades!

Estée Lauder Double Wear Stay-in-Place Makeup, $36. Macys.com

Concealer

Lancôme's waterproof concealer is a genius idea. Your under-eye area is tricky area to cover because makeup can move and crease, but this product makes traveling coverage a non-issue.

Bronzer

This oil-free bronzer promises to stay in place even through sweating and swimming!

Josie Maran Coconut Watercolor Cheek Gelée, $22. Sephora.com

Mascara

Don't just wear mascara that will last all day, wear one that makes your lashes look fantastic at the same time. This one creates lush volume.

Maybelline New York Volume'Express Waterproof Mascara, $7. Walgreens.com

Eyeliner

This pencil feels way too creamy to be waterproof, but the staying power speaks for itself. You can swim and sweat in the jet black pencil without so much as a smudge.

Benefit BadGal Waterproof Eyeliner, $20. Macys.com

Eyeshadow

These waterproof liquid shadows dry to a powder finish and have a built-in primer to make them last even longer. Try a shimmery cream for a gentle wash of color that's perfect for summertime.

CoverGirl Intense ShadowBlast, $4. Ulta.com

Brow Gel

There are few things more embarrassing than runny brow color. Keep yours firmly in place with an easy-to-use mousse that you can brush on as lightly as you like.

Tarte EmphasEyes Waterproof Amazonian Clay Brow Mousse, $28. Ulta.com

Lip Color

Make Up For Ever's Aqua Rouge lip color won't budge, even when you're sprinting around on the hottest day. The vibrant shades stay firmly in place without so much as a touch of feathering.

Makeup Remover

Now that you have your look set firmly in place, you need a way to take it all off gently yet effectively. This non-irritating remover melts away even the most stubborn products to get your skin perfectly clean.

What to Wear to a Graduation Party

There is so many different outfits you can wear to a graduation party. Sometimes it may be a party with just your closet friends or it's a nice family-orientated party. Here's a couple different choices you can pick from!
Xoxo, Sadie Lee

This is a great dress to wear when trying to look nice and ready for summer. The bag is a nice touch also!

This outfit is more of a friend party. This is great for the party that you will be up all night talking about those crazy high school memories.

I absolutely love this dress! This is perfect for a fancier grad party! This is the dress you wear to your secret crush's party! Make a statement!
This skirt is just adorable for anything. If you are going to a party with a lot of activity then I wouldn't recommend this. But it's super fun!
I would wear this dress to a party that you are just popping into for a few minutes. It's nice, but not too nice.

Now this skirt is just amazing! This is something you should wear to your own grad party. It's gorg but also comfortable when you have to be a hostess! You can never ever go wrong with a maxi!

All over the magazines and E! you hear that Kim & Kanye just gave birth who a beautiful, healthy baby girl! Even though Kim was in fact 5 weeks early, her and her baby are amazingly healthy. After nearly a week of waiting, the couple finally announced the new additions name; North West and will call her Nori. Yes, this is the name of the baby. I love it, but some people do not. I guess if Kim and Kanye love it, then that's all that really matters. I wish the best of lucky to this happy family!

Miley Cyrus vs. Vanessa Hudgens

Miley vs. Vanessa

Both Miley and Vanessa always have amazing looks since their days during Disney. But their fashion has evolved in many ways. Each of them tried the boyfriend jean looks! I love them each!!
Miley Cyrus~ Miley tried the looser jean look. But also did the 1/2 sweatpants & jeans. She made it more girly with the white heals and the cropped shirt. They leather was also a nice touch.

Vanessa Hudgens~ Vanessa's look is a lot different then Miley. She did the more of a fit boyfriend jeans with a few rips here and there. She also added strapped black heels and a long neck piece. Just like Miley, Vanessa wore a jacket with this, and lets not forget the amazing gold watch on her wrist!

Who do you like better? Personally, I'm going to go with Vanessa. Comment below and tell me your ideas!

5 Way to Fix a Sunburn Fast

This time of the year, people are going out into the sun for the first time in awhile. Well, that first time, most get pretty bad sunburns. Here are 5 ways to help get that sting out, and be able to relax!
Xoxo, Sadie Lee

Aloe Vera-If you look in any pharmacy or drug store aisle, you're sure to find shelves of aloe vera gel to soothe sunburn pain. That's because the plant has a long history of providing sunburn relief because of its antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties

Shaving Cream- Weird as it sounds, shaving cream often shows up in searches for home sunburn remedies. While there's no scientific evidence that shaving cream works to relieve sunburn, that doesn't mean it doesn't work.

Vinegar- Theoretically, vinegar could help to balance the body's pH levels to take away the stinging feeling of the burn, though it likely works by just providing a cooling sensation to the skin.

Ice & Cold Showers- Common sense would tell you that if you have a burn, you should put something cold on it. And it's true -- experts agree that a cold shower can help cool the skin and make it feel better.

Oatmeal- Oat extract has been shown in studies to have anti-inflammatory properties that could help relieve sunburn pain. It's likely that making up a batch of oatmeal and chilling it down will soothe sunburn when applied to the skin.

Choose ones formulated especially for faces and are labeled non-commedogenic, meaning they won't clog your pores. "Try Neutrogena Clear Face Sunblock SPF 30," suggests Dr. Sadick. Neutrogena Clear Face Liquid Lotion Sunscreen Broad Spectrum SPF 30, $9.

7 New Nail Ideas to Try

All over the magazines you see stars with their nails done in very interesting ways! Unlike most people, they have a lot of money to spend on their nails and have people to them. Well if you're like the average person, you do your own nails. Getting sick of the same boring color? Well he's a way to change it up a bit! Don't be afraid to mess up. Practice makes perfect!

1. Stripes

Paint an opaque white base, let dry, and then add blue stripes in different shades using a thin brush. Add floral designs to the tips of nails for a tropical effect.

2. Studs

Paint an opaque white base, let dry, and then paint a bright color on top from the cuticle to the middle of the nail. Once dry, cover the seam with tiny gold studs using nail glue and a pair of tweezers.

3. Glitter

Paint a navy base, let dry, and then paint designs in a bright glitter polish using the original brush or a thin nail brush for finer detail.

4. Roses

Paint an opaque white base, let dry, and then paint circles with wobbly edges for roses and leaves. Once dry, use black polish and a thin brush to paint the floral outline overtop.

5. Deco

Paint a beige base, let dry, and then paint five upside down, narrow triangles in red polish from the cuticle to the middle of the nail. Once dry, outline the triangles in black polish with a thin brush.
